Physiotherapy technologist, graduated in 2010 from the Cégep de Sherbrooke.
I was initially interested in the McKenzie approach, and learned about it because this approach allows me to teach patients tools for pain self-management. In recent years, I have been trying to focus more on active approaches that give people more control, and also to become a better educator for my clients. I believe in the importance of people regaining confidence in their abilities, as the human body is capable of amazing things. Physiotherapy is a fascinating field where new research is constantly challenging us and I find this very stimulating.
I have just completed a university course in occupational health and safety in order to better guide my clients dealing with the CNESST.
