I am Hélena, a medical administrative assistant at CMI Crémazie.

My role at the clinic is to welcome patients and direct them to the right specialists when they tell me about their needs. I am in charge of sending reports and other necessary documents to the appropriate people, while ensuring all necessary follow-ups.

I ensure the smooth running of the clinic, in collaboration with my colleagues, by maintaining the established standards and ensuring quality service from the moment patients arrive until they leave.

I am very organized, meticulous and definitely a people person. I am professional and very independent. I love customer service and the medical field. I have worked with seniors, injured people and young people and have gained the experience to better understand their needs and improve their quality of life, which is very important to me.
