Created in 1994 by Dr. Michel J Gauthier, medical director and attending physician, and Nathalie Quesnel, CPA CA, the integrated medicine centers (cliniques de médecine intrégrée, CMI) are now a network of 6 clinics. From Montreal to the South Shore and North Shore of the island, you can be sure to find us near you.

Our multidisciplinary team at CMI Clinics is made up of a group of health care professionals, physicians, consultants and partners. Our common goal: to improve the health of our patients in the best possible conditions.

Each of our patients is supported by a team of rehabilitation professionals. Sports injuries, work-related injuries, car accidents, physical or mental health injuries, children or adults, each treatment plan is customized.
